  to the usual suspects, before i give you guys all my warm wishes for Dasain and tihar, guys, unless u want me to get the envelope fumegated, x-rayed and probbed, PLEASE dont sent any packages that look remotely like they resemble a living thing cos the quarantine team here are ruthless!
  
  So, have a fantastic festival phase, njoy and incase the memo didnt get to everyone, Ujwal has given every1 a 30 percent raise and a month long paid holiday!!
  
  Uttam, miss yar paratas mate! Subash, u and i both know what we need to do! K dai, i’ve realised that we used to work under crappy margins, hope that isnt the case now and Ujw, make sure every1 gets the 20% raise! LOL!
